SEBC Mission Statement

The Southeast Beekeeping Club is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) that exists to promote beekeeping education, resources, and fellowship for beekeepers. Each month we gather near Parker, Colorado to share our experiences and support each other as beekeepers.

 

Our goals

• To champion the wellbeing of honey bees
• Assist beekeepers in petitioning local municipalities, cities, and counties to pass reasonable legislation regarding apiculture
• Support new beekeepers and community interests through outreach at our monthly meetings and other public events
• Define and demonstrate Best Management Practices (BMP)s for the Colorado prairie
